SUPPLIED BATTERIES:
24 Volt System: Three 8-volt golf cart batteries,
Trojan T-875
are standard.
Three Trojan T-890 (20% more capacity) $125. option.
(Two 12-volt 31XHSs are an option for those charging from 12 volt renewable
energy systems.)

Trojan 27TMH are standard.

BATTERY CREDIT: The Gorilla is occasionally sold without
batteries (especially for air shipment) to save shipping cost and
weight . $450.00 credit.
**NEV safety equipment includes: headlights,
taillights, brake lights, turn signals, hazard lights, reflectors,
mirrors, windshield, seat belt, Front Sport Rack (for
mounting lights), and DOT approved road tires.
***A low volume back-up alarm is standard
equipment on the Gorilla, and can be disconnected or removed upon
special request.

Warranty Information: Gorilla's
Warranty provides 12 months of comprehensive coverage on materials,
workmanship, and components.

The Gorilla is shipped by truck, sea, or air, on a steel pallet; ready to
be driven.
You will need a 3/8" and a 7/16" wrench,
and a pair of scissors to unpack your Gorilla.
You will be ready to drive it off the pallet within five to ten minutes
of delivery.

Return the order form by mail, FAX, or e-mail.
We will send an invoice, and shipping details (for your approval) within one business
day from the receipt of your request.
Gorillas normally ship within one
to two weeks of receipt of order.
This gives us time to do final assembly of your Gorilla with the options and
accessories you desire.
We install fresh batteries from the factory, and put the
vehicles through
several light charge/discharge cycles while fully testing all systems and
functions of the vehicle.
Your Gorilla will arrive fully charged, and ready to use.
Your shipping date and ETA will be given to you upon ordering.
You can inquire before ordering for current backlog status, and estimated shipping
time.
We ship with commercial trucking companies within the US;
and other carriers by air, sea, and
truck - around the world.

~ Paying by check: Send
an order form, or description of how you want your Gorilla configured. We will
then FAX or mail an invoice which includes shipping charges, details, and
schedule for your approval.
A 10% deposit will reserve your Gorilla if the
current shipping schedule is greater than one week.
The balance will be
due by the scheduled shipping date.. ~ Paying
by credit card: Send an order form, or description of how you want
your Gorilla configured. We will then FAX or mail an
invoice which includes shipping charges, details, and schedule for your approval. We must receive the
signed invoice by mail or FAX. We will then confirm by telephone. A
10% deposit will be processed, and a pre-authorization for the remaining amount
due. The remaining balance will not be processed until the day before shipment
(unless shipping is scheduled within one week after receipt of order).
