There are, of course a few great uses for an over sized garage.  Many of us like to be able to do some basic (at worst) work on our cars in our garage including oil changes and a few other basic maintenance routines.

Others of us have to do that outside because we’ve built a wine cellar in part of the garage, or at least taken part of it over for a wine refrigerator. Since my wine of the month club sends me two bottles each and every month, I need somewhere to store the wine that is both safe from my kids and a fairly consistent temperature-that means a wine fridge in my garage is pretty much the perfect spot.

If only I could have my wife park on the street so I could have some more space!
