Good News!  Although I’m a big fan of sports cars and that’s where my true passion lies, I’m also a bit of a finance geek.  Why is this good news?  Because with the help of an amortization calculator I was able to purchase a new home with a four(!) car garage to park my sweet rides in.  This just goes to show that doing a bit of due diligence when it comes to finding a new home can be a real virtue as my patience is what lead to me finding this beautiful new home that was just within my price range.  Now all of my cars can stay indoors and out of the elements and I can stare at the beautiful new abode as I get home from work every day.  People have been calling me a car geek for years – I guess they can start calling me a house geek now too.  IF you ever want to chat about adjustable rate mortgages, loan amortization or variable public tax liens then just let me know!
